Description: AFL produces characteristic saw-toothed F-waves of constant amplitude and frequency on an ECG whereas AF does not. You activate it only when you experience symptoms of a fast heart rate. The QRS complex will typically be normal 0. Low blood pressure is most concerning and a sign that immediate treatment is required.
